European in origin (I purchased this in The Czech Republic about 20 years ago), this Beautifully colored and complete set measures:  Opal Milk Glass Tray is 8 1/2" long, 1" tall, and 2 1/4" wide; each of the five pots are approximately 1 5/8" to 1 3/4" tall.  The covers are all ground to fit the caps.  The base of the set is numbered "700" on the underside.
