This unit is in fair cosmetic condition.  There is LOTS of residue from prior use all over, and especially inside the recovery tank.  We suspect the residues are built up enough to prevent the valves on the cleaning fluid tanks from opening properly.  One tank has a broken cover.  This is being sold AS/IS.
Notes:
This unit is in PARTIAL working condition.  The scrubbing brushes operate when the handle is tilted to either side, and they stop and the machine lifts onto its wheels when the handle is in the center.  The fluid tanks need service; as they are, pressing hard (with a fingertip) on the valve on one end only leads to a dribble from some nozzles. When both valves on the ends are pressed, a weak stream comes from nozzles all along the tank - but the machine is only designed to press one valve.  Also, the machine doesn't press the valve at all, so no water will come out. Something is wrong with the cable mechanism. Sometimes it feels like something slips inside, sometimes it feels like it pulls normally but never does it press far enough to operate the valves. Currently, it is entirely loose as shown. We are not sure what all may be wrong with this unit. No other testing was done. This is being sold AS/IS. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
