Our custom wire is 99% pure copper wire with a custom 1% tinned overcoat for ease in soldering.  We do not offer CCA wire (Copper Clad Aluminum wire) that many importers sell.
Used on American Flyer Switch Controls.  Flexes just like original American Flyer Cable.  OUR WIRE IS TINNED ALL THE WAY SO NO MATTER WHERE YOU CUT THE WIRE CONNECTIONS WILL BE MADE EASILY.  INSIST ON THIS FEATURE!!!  THE FC4 WIRE IS USED FOR 022 AND 027 SWITCHES.
We hand roll all our wire-plex wire off master spools of 3,000 feet (picture 1) onto metal spools made in the US and put together by hand here at our shop (picture 4).  You will always be assured of getting the correct amount of wire and "old fashioned" service.  Not pre-packaged and mass produced!!
